Our Core Values

God's glory: we will passionately pursue excellence in all we do.

Gospel: we will faithfully and boldly proclaim the gospel to all people.

Truth/Unity: we will tenaciously defend the truth and fight for unity.

Scripture: we will unreservedly commit to teach and obey the scripture.

Love: we will zealously love God and all people.

Prayer: we will humbly submit ourselves to God in prayer.

Grace: we will extend grace to one another always.

What We Teach

We started Folsom Bible Church believing that this area needed a gospel-centered, Christ-exalting church that teaches the whole counsel of God.

It is our mission to promote the fame of Jesus Christ for the glory of God and the joy of all people.

The foundation of our Church is the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Word of God is our guide in every avenue and proceeding. The ultimate purpose of our Church is to promote the glory of God, and our top priorities flow from the vision of our purpose. We will seek to accomplish these goals by God’s grace in the power of the Holy Spirit, and every ministry of Folsom Bible Church will meet our mission and help fulfill our vision.

In dependence upon His grace we endeavor to fulfill these three priorities:

Worship

We will worship God corporately according to the teaching of His revealed Word (John 4:24).

Discipleship

We will nurture one another’s walk with God through education in the Scriptures, fellowship and discipleship (1 Corinthians 14:26; Ephesians 4:12-16; 2 Peter 3:18).

Evangelism

We will nurture one another’s walk with God through education in the Scriptures, fellowship and discipleship (1 Corinthians 14:26; Ephesians 4:12-16; 2 Peter 3:18).

Preaching

Since we believe the 66 books of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation are the inspired word of God (inerrant, infallible, authoritative, clear and sufficient for all that we need to be saved and to please Him) they demand expository preaching.
